There’s the endo. Then there’s what happened next.

Pelvic pain, intimacy pain, bowel and bladder symptoms aren’t always just about the endometriosis itself.

If you’ve tried it all but your symptoms still don’t make sense, you’re in the right place.

Everything builds from there, whenever you’re ready.

Answers to your most persistent symptoms

Pick what’s impacting you most right now, so you can take it one step at a time

Pain & the nervous system

Pelvic pain is a complex system with many drivers. Learn why your nervous system has turned the volume up on everything — and what to do to turn it down.

Intimacy & sexual health

Pain with sex is so common but rarely explained and supported properly! Decode the zones of your intimacy pain and where to start treatment to get back to pleasure

Gut health & bowel function

Bloating, constipation, period poos and pain. The urge and straining that leads to nothing. Learn how the gut, the pelvic floor and the nervous system overlap to finally get relief.

Bladder health

Urgency, frequency, difficulty emptying and pain. How endometriosis, pelvic floor tension and bladder symptoms are connected, and practical steps to improve your function.

If this feels like reading your own diary — you’re in the right place.

You’ve done everything right. The specialists, the surgery, the diet changes. But the symptoms persist. And no one has ever really explained what’s going on. Let’s change that.

“Endo belly and bowels that have a mind of their own”

Learn the physiology and the mechanisms behind it. Take steps, in the right order, to finally feel regular and comfortable again.

“My scans are ‘fine.’ My pain isn’t.”

Pain that doesn’t match imaging or persists post excision surgery is real. It is not in your head. But it’s not just about the lesions.

“Intimacy pain that is taking it’s toll”

“Just relax” or “drink some wine” are not treatment strategies. Let’s identify the drivers of your pain, so you can start treating them!

Your symptoms aren’t just about the lesions.

We’ve been guided to focus on what the surgery can see. Instead let’s look at the whole system — that’s usually where the answers have been hiding.

Zoom in

Your pelvic floor has learned to guard.

Years of pain teach muscles to brace and protect — and guarding muscles create symptoms of their own: pain with intimacy, bowel and bladder troubles, that constant deep ache, that shoot of butt lightening. The good news? Muscles that learned to guard can be taught to let go.

Zoom out

Your nervous system has learned to amplify.

Pain is produced by a protective nervous system — which is why symptoms can persist after surgery, and why stress can spark a flare. None of that means the pain isn’t real. Pain is never ‘in your head’, but it does live in your nervous system. This means there are more ways to change pain than anyone told you.

“Ok, now this totally makes sense.”

Start small. Everything builds from there.

No unrealistic promises. Every step here stays easy, achievable and accessible — no gambles, no overwhelm, just care.

23 years, three fields, one problem.

I’ve spent 23 years as a physiotherapist across chronic pain, mental health and pelvic health — with a psychology degree, as well as yoga and pilates training folded in along the way. Again and again, women with endometriosis arrived in my clinic having done everything ‘right’, but were still living with pain and lots of other pelvic health symptoms, with no one ever explaining why.

My whole career, it turns out, had accidentally been training for this one problem: endo symptoms live in the pelvic floor and the nervous system as well as in the lesions – and we must address these aspects of the endo experience for true symptom relief.
